To the left is the list of entries that starts with my Testimony, then explains how this court case all began. It's a lot of reading so it might take a while! You can email each entry to yourself aswell to save time.

If you would prefer, you can email me and I can send you a set of documents with all the entries in it.

An Update...

Was at bible college yesterday for a church planting seminar and a lecture on Mission in Post Christendom. Was fantastic and it spoke to me about things that are constantly on my mind. While up there, I received a phone call and asked to take a bible study tonight on Joshua 2 – entitled: ‘to understand that living as God’s people demands courage’. Funny how in our difficulties God reminds us he will always be there I thought.

An update on my situation – I went to my appointment with my solicitor, but he was off sick. So, I was assigned a different solicitor. He asked what my life was like now and I told him about my involvement in church and my degree. With that, he questioned me vigorously about my faith. After about 10 mins, he confessed that he too was a Christian.

I explained that I am happy to face whatever God sees fit within his will. To this he replied,” I’m not sure that a jail sentence will be the best start to a pastors ministry, so I will make sure that by nothing but the will of God will you serve a day.” After which he explained his aim and strategy with which he is seeking to have the breach of my bond and the offence set aside on mental health issues.

In this, the encouragement comes for me in the knowledge that my faith and my new life is given the correct level of importance and also, that God is evidently beside me in this. I accept that in spite of my solicitors intentions, God may still want me to go to prison, but I am thankful that either way, it shall clearly be his will.

This Thursday, 24/07/2007 will not be the final sentencing. It will be adjourned to allow for mental health investigation and reports to be done. The whole process could take a few months I think, but that’s ok. Thank you for your prayers and support, as well as helping me through this, it is great to see the kingdom in action.
